Service Technicians
We have some of the most knowledgeable service technicians in the trade. They are highly trained and certified in the field. Some competitors are referred to as "parts changers" or "compressor changers". Here at Burkhardt's, we are neither of those. Instead, our technicians put the time in to diagnose the root problem of the situation. They analyze the data that they compile and then decide what the cause is. If a serious problem is not rectified immediately, there could be dangerous and catastrophic consequences, like a fire to the unit. You can rest assured that we're here to make sure your equipment is running properly, and to address any issue that arises. Your safety and investment in your system are the utmost importance to us. That's why we only use O. E. M. parts (original equipment manufacturer) for what type of equipment we service. There is no upfront cost, nor is there a cost to call us for servicing questions, unlike other companies may do.

At Burkhardt's, we take pride in having our service techs and our customers get comfortable with each other. We find that if you see the same service tech each time you call on us, you can build a trust between who is working on your equipment. That keeps our technicians working the most efficiently and productively on your system. Other companies can generally offer "A, B, C, & D" service technicians. Which means you are provided with a technician based on how knowledgeable they are. That may not mean they are the most knowledgeable for your system or your issue. Also, at most other companies, you're given a different service technician each time you're in need of assistance. That will never be the case here at Burkhardt Sheet Metal. Having that personal approach is very important to us.

Preventative Maintenance Program

In addition to providing service calls on problems with your equipment, we also have a full preventative maintenance program, which gives us a leg up on keeping your system functioning at it's best potential. These routine checks occur in Spring and Fall and allow us to stay on top of keeping your system healthy and running properly.
During these visits, our service technicians will inspect and evaluate every aspect of your system.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Belts, filters, refrigerant pressures, limit switches, refrigerant charge, and coil conditions, and so much more!
Please contact us to inquire more about this special program.
